If the average homeowner only knew what goes on behind the scenes, they would be disheartened to put it mildly.
I am constantly amazed at what kind of individuals actually get away with calling themselves "Pergola/Patio cover experts", this includes contractors and their employees... That said, they do exist and they would also share my opinion.
It's a mistake to assume that all contractors follow techniques. The reality is that the contractors and workers are pretty much on their own, and faced with a lot of variables that few pay attention to. This is why your Pergola/Patio Cover needs attention now.

Urinating in flower beds, asking to use the homeowner's restroom, cigarette butts in street or gutter, spitting on sidewalk or street, cussing or yelling, loud obnoxious music, just to name a few. We bring our own bathroom facilities and none of the above will not happen.
